Elsie Appau-Klu is a Ghanaian lawyer, policy analyst, and corporate governance specialist with extensive experience in public sector reform, international development, and business sustainability. She has built a strong reputation for advancing inclusive growth, youth empowerment, and institutional excellence. She has worked with international institutions, including the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she served as Policy Analyst and Business Advisor for West Africa, supporting major bilateral development programs. Her work has also contributed to initiatives with the United Nations Development Fund and UN Women. She currently serves as Technical Advisor (Deputy Commissioner) at the Ghana Revenue Authority, where she supports policy implementation and institutional effectiveness. As a Board Member of AAF, she brings expertise in governance, policy, and sustainable development.
